What we collect
- The request form: restaurant name, your name, email, mobile if you give it, city, branches, apps, POS, accountant, number of cloud brands, whether your reports are available, how you heard about FoodBooth, and your notes.
- Your platform account: name, email, role, and the activity log.
- Your report files: the files you upload and what is extracted from them. They remain yours.
- The public site: a visit counter without cookies and without identity.
Why
To answer your request and prepare the reconciliation; to run your account and reports; to send the alerts you opt into. No third-party marketing, no sale of data.
Where it is hosted
The platform and its data: We state the hosting location here before commercial launch. Backups: We state where they and the off-site copy are kept here before commercial launch. Operating providers (hosting, email, the MyFatoorah payment gateway) process data only to run the service. We never send your data to Jahez or any other platform.
How long we keep it
- Form data: deleted a set period after the last contact if no contract follows. We state the period here before commercial launch.
- Account data and your files: for the contract term, then a grace period. After the grace period the account becomes read-only, then the data is hidden after a period set in your contract. It is never deleted except at your written request, and you can always export your data.
- Backups: kept for a set period, then deleted. The period is set in your contract.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection, and a copy of your data: write to [email protected] and we acknowledge within one business day.
We count visits without cookies and without identifying you. No consent banner, because nothing calls for one.
We update this page whenever something changes and state the date.
