One subscription per company, sized by your outlets

No public price yet. This page explains what sets the size, how a proposal starts, and what happens if you stop.

Three sizes, no numbers yet

Every feature on every size. Sizes differ by the number of open outlets and the support level (SLA).

Branch plan

One or two outlets

Every feature: dashboard, uploads, report builder, journal, order-timing analysis, the receiving API, branch-scoped roles, unlimited users.

Group plan

3 to 10 outlets

The same features. Branches side by side and branch-scoped roles grow more useful with every branch you add, and they are on the Branch plan too.

Network plan

11 outlets and more, groups and franchises

The same features. Multi-company consolidation serves groups and franchises most, and it comes to every size when it launches.

The support level is set for each size in the proposal, in the SLA attached to it.

We never charge by channel, user or number of files; the promise is every channel in one record.

In development The morning summary by email and WhatsApp, the cloud-brand switch, the claim pack and multi-company consolidation.

How we count an outlet

An outlet is one brand at one branch: brand × location. A one-brand restaurant with two branches is two outlets. One cloud kitchen with five brands is five outlets.

Example: 4 branches and one cloud brand in one of the kitchens = 5 outlets, the Group plan; a fifth branch stays on the same plan.

The proposal states whether the price includes 15% VAT or not.

How a proposal starts

We reconcile your own month first, live, in 30 minutes, and you keep the report. Then a proposal sets the size, outlets, term, price, SLA and data-ownership clause, valid 30 days. No card before that.

A trial period on the platform, its length stated in your proposal, and the pilot price set there too.

Billing

Monthly or yearly, through base-solutions.co/pay (MyFatoorah), with your invoice by email. Until payment links are live, you request the invoice and payment link by email.

If you stop

Your data is yours: full export in open formats at any time. When the subscription ends, a grace period starts. After the grace period the account becomes read-only, then the data is hidden after a period set in your contract. It is never deleted except at your written request, and you can always export your data.

What is accepted today

Jahez files (CSV) and the receiving API. HungerStation, Keeta, Mrsool and POS as sample files arrive. No date until the build team confirms one, and no "coming soon" screens.

Before you ask

"The app shows me this for free."

One app at a time, and before fines and compensations: 16% became 25.6%.

"My POS reports this."

It sees the order, not the deduction.

"My accountant does it in Excel."

Two files, the date trap, and a journal ready to import.

"Is my data safe?"

Isolation, an audit log, and the PDPL. Security in detail

One month of app reports, your contract rates, a 30-minute session on your own month. No card.
