What is read today, and what waits for a sample

What "Needs a sample from you" means
Each app's parser is built from one merchant's real export, the financial report and the transactions report or their equivalents, re-tested against the stored sample after every change, and then every restaurant on that app benefits. Your sample moves it up the queue.
The rule
API figures are expected; the settlement statement is actual. We keep both and show the gap. An API-only integration would have reported 16%.
